Family Constellations Workshop

✨ Ana-Maria facilitates forest bathing, embodiment and Family Constellations workshops. She has held ritual spaces at the centre over the past year and is excited to return with this new series of Family Constellations workshops.

Together, we’ll explore what may be sitting beneath the surface of an issue, relationship or recurring pattern, allowing the body and wider system to show us what wants to be seen.
